A Real Form is obtained at random when you use a martial art trained to 12 stars.

Since it's chance-based, some players get it quickly and others slowly. Please keep using that martial art to improve your chances.

Note that only certain martial arts can become a Real Form. You can check the list in the Martial Art guide.

If your account is locked after entering the wrong secondary password too many times, or you've forgotten your secondary password, you can request a reset.

Please message our staff via the Mohun Kronthia fan page with your account ID. Our staff will review it and reset it for you in line with server policy.

※ Our staff will never ask for your game password or 2nd password under any circumstances. Never share your password with anyone.

You can run multiple Clients at once, up to the number allowed by server policy.

Here's how to run multiple Clients:

1. Install another copy of the Client in a different folder, or copy the installed game folder to another location.
2. Launch the game from each folder
3. Log in with a different account in each Client

Running more than the permitted number, or connections detected as circumventing the limit (e.g. using a VPN), may be penalized under our policy. Please be careful.

Game login may be restricted in the following cases.

Please check which of the following cases applies to your account.

Restricted account: Accounts restricted for violating the service policy cannot enter the game.

Too many wrong passwords: If you enter the wrong password several times in a row within a short time, the system will temporarily block logins for security. Please wait a moment and try again.

Too many clients open: The number of simultaneous connections from the same IP is limited by server policy. If you exceed the limit, you will not be able to log in.

You can set the screen resolution at the bottom of the launcher before pressing the Start button to launch the game.

If you don't want to play in full screen, select Windowed Mode and set the resolution you want.

This problem may be caused by your PC environment or a graphics card conflict.

Please check the following first.

OS compatibility: Compatibility issues may occur on Windows 7 or later. Right-click the game's .exe file, choose Properties → the Compatibility tab, and try setting it to run in compatibility mode for an earlier version of Windows.

Integrated graphics: Problems may occur if you play on integrated graphics, or if your PC uses integrated graphics together with a dedicated graphics card. On PCs with a dedicated graphics card, set the game to use the dedicated card, disable integrated graphics in your graphics card settings program or in Device Manager, or check the settings in the BIOS.

Process priority: Problems may occur if the game process is not being processed normally. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to open Task Manager, go to the Details tab, right-click the Mohun Kronthia Client process and choose Set priority → High.

Graphics card driver: We recommend updating your graphics card driver to the latest version from the manufacturer's website (NVIDIA / AMD / Intel).

If the problem persists after checking, please send your PC specs (Windows, CPU, RAM, graphics card) to our team via the Mohun Kronthia fan page.

During server maintenance, the server list and login screen are not shown.

Please check the maintenance schedule on the Notices page or the Mohun Kronthia fan page.

If your internet connection is unstable, the patch may not download completely.

Your Firewall may also block patch downloads. Please add the launcher (MHAutoPatch.exe) to the allowed programs list of your Firewall or antivirus software.

Also, during maintenance, patches may not download normally.

Depending on your PC environment, the launcher may need administrator rights (Administrator) to run.

If a permission prompt appears when you open the launcher, click Yes, or right-click the launcher file (MHAutoPatch.exe) and select Run as administrator.

In some environments, installing the Client may require Administrator rights.

If a permission prompt appears when you open the installer, click Yes, or right-click the installer file and select Run as administrator.
