I want a refund for Cash I've already exchanged for Gold Yuanbao Cash/Purchases
The refund policy currently applies to Cash only.
Once exchanged for Gold Yuanbao, that Cash is considered used. Under the refund policy, only unused Cash can be refunded.
Gold Yuanbao topped up by mistake can be used to buy tradable Item Mall goods, which you can then transfer to another of your own accounts or trade with other players.
What Is a GM? Others
GM stands for Game Master. GMs support all members so everyone can enjoy the game more smoothly.
If you find a bug in the game or have trouble playing, you can ask a GM for help at any time via the Mohun Kronthia fan page. We'll do our best to handle it as quickly and accurately as possible.
What Is Mohun's Age Rating? Others
Mohun Kronthia is a game for players aged 18 and over.
Please note that anyone under 18 cannot register or play the game.
What penalties apply to repeat violations? Penalties
If you are penalized for violations repeatedly, the penalties become increasingly severe.
In addition, for certain types of violations, all accounts registered under the same name as the offender, as well as stolen, lent or shared accounts, may be penalized together.
Can I check a rule violator's penalty history? Penalties
Reporters are not notified individually of the outcome of their reports, and penalty records are, in principle, not disclosed.
However, large-scale crackdowns may be announced separately.
How do I report a rule violator? Penalties
To report rule violators, message our staff via the Mohun Kronthia fan page.
When reporting, please include the following information so we can handle it correctly.
Server and character name of the reported player
Date/time of the violation
Reason for the report
Supporting evidence (chat logs, screenshots that confirm the in-game violation, etc.)

However, some data may not be disclosed in order to keep the game fun and balanced. We apologize for the inconvenience.
My bag is too small. Can bag slots or item stack sizes be increased? In-Game
Bag space is set with the in-game play cycle in mind, and we are currently improving it in various ways.
If you run out of bag space, we recommend the following:
Use the pet bag: Extra bag space available while a Pet is summoned.
Use the warehouse: Storage space for regular items and Item Mall items.
Sell junk items: For low-value items, we recommend destroying them or selling them to a shop.
Items hardly ever drop. Are the drop rates really correct? In-Game
Item drop rates are set with in-game balance in mind.
Any changes to drop rates will be announced through official notices.
