2. Learning and Using Martial Arts

To fight more effectively, you need to use [Martial Arts].

Martial arts are divided into External Power, which deals direct damage, and Internal Power, which deals Internal Damage or grants buff effects.

Combat - 2. Learning and Using Martial Arts

Learn martial arts by buying Skill Books from the Book Seller, or get rare martial arts from monster drops.

Learned martial arts are listed in the Martial Arts/Special Skills window opened with shortcut key [S].

To use a martial art, you must register it in the shortcut window or in the Auto Hunt settings.

Most martial arts require a specific weapon, so focus on learning those for your main weapon.

3. Aggressive Monsters and Fighting Multiple Enemies

Combat with monsters is basically 1:1.

However, in areas with aggressive monsters or when fighting a Boss, you may have to fight several enemies at once.

Such situations are very dangerous, so take enemies on one at a time or hunt in a party.

Some pets have an ability that prevents such pre-emptive attacks.

[Verdant Viper], [Black Tiger], [Phoenix] and others have this ability, making hunting safer.
