Report a Disconnect (DCReport)

Send the DCReport.txt file the game saves when it disconnects, so our team can find the cause.

How to Find DCReport.txt

  1. Open the game folderRight-click the game icon on your desktop and choose Open file location.
  2. Open the log folderThe log folder contains a file called DCReport (type: Text Document). The game writes to it every time you disconnect.
  3. Drop the file and sendDrag the DCReport file into the box below, or click to choose it, then press "Send to our team".
Example: game folder → log → DCReport

Your game folder may be on a different drive. Send the file straight from the game's log folder and don't rename it.
