Can't Get Into the Game: Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC) Error

If the game doesn't open when you start it, or an Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC) error keeps appearing even after restarting your PC, such as 30005 (EAC unload timeout / CreateService failed with 1072) or 20006 (StartService failed: 1053), you can fix it with the FIX EAC button in the launcher.

1. Open the launcher and click the FIX EAC button in the row of buttons at the bottom right.

2. The Fix Easy Anti-Cheat window opens. Click the red Start Fix button.

3. Wait for the launcher to finish, which takes about 1–2 minutes. It closes the game and Easy Anti-Cheat, removes Easy Anti-Cheat completely, then reinstalls it from the game files automatically.

4. If Windows still needs a restart, the launcher will ask you first. Restart your PC, then open the game again.

Note: Every open game window will be closed. Please exit the game properly before clicking Start Fix.
